Mentorship
This mentorship program is designed for yoga teachers who wish to broaden their offerings or to specialize in a particular area of focus.
Whether you’re looking to refine your own practice, to teach better classes or to redecorate your own internal spaceship with classical yogic disciplines.
As a Yoga Teacher, we want to continually audit our teachings. It can help to ask ourselves:
1) How can we serve our students better?
2) How are we prepping the container (aka your internal spaceship) to meet our students with clarity and support?
My practice and this program moves from this place.
Teachers: What do you want to improve on? Feel welcome to mix and match the topics you’re interested in covering.

I’ve been taught that the practice of yoga is always about humility. Always going back to servitude, gratitude and respect. These teachings I aim to share are learned through thousands of hours of experimentation, practice and under guidance of those who’ve walked the path before me. I have been generously and auspiciously placed in the hands and paths of high teachers from Western Canada, each with their own style, panache and most importantly, each with their own, unique lived experience diving deep and walking their yogic path. Moving through that place, I aim to share the practices that have helped me live a more examined life with passion.
The disciplines I’ve studied that I offer this mentorship program from are rooted in classical yoga; kriya yoga, that of breath, postures and meditation. That of Bhakti Yoga, yoga of the heart. That of Samkhaya Philosophy and the traditional Ashtanga 8 Limb system. And that of Yoga Nidra, deep restful practice that supports the body to do this deep work.
I am interested in doing this work to enjoy a life with more freedom. For me, my loved ones, for you, my community.
